Mission control for corporate secretaries in Singapore.
Can you believe there isn't a corporate secretary software in the market? We couldn't either. Companies are stuck fixing messy documents, juggling multiple versions, and it all hits when times are tough. After all, you never need the minute book when business is good.
That's why we're targeting corp secretaries. An integrated client management platform designed to help manage clients, contracts, and audits — all in one place. This also plays into our larger long-term vision... but you'll hear that later.
Developed in collaboration with Accounting33 Singapore. Slated for launch in March 2026.
To bring this vision to life, we are raising SGD 121,000 from friends and family.
This funding will help us:
- Finish and launch our first core product
- Cover expenses for our upcoming Startup Grind 2026 conference in which we will be presenting
- Support our early users and partners
- Cover essential operating costs while we build toward revenue
- Maintain focus on doing this properly, not hastily
This isn't just "money for a startup." It's fuel for a mission we truly believe in: helping ambitious people build meaningful companies without burning themselves out in the process.
